The Cuban missile crisis is recent history, President Kennedy has been assassinated, the war in Vietnam is ramping up, and the U.S. and Soviet Union are in the throes of a deadly arms race.  And now, the 12-year-old concert-level violin prodigy daughter of the Soviet Ambassador has run away.  What could possibly go wrong when she accidentally runs into 13-year-old Michael who is in the midst of pretending to be a master spy chaser?
